Esther Daniel currently serves as family law panelist of the Ocean County Court. She also currently serves as a speaker for the mandatory parent education class at the Ocean County court.

Ms. Daniel is appointed by Superior Court Judges for contempt charges in domestic violence, adoption and guardianship cases.

Esther A. Daniel is the founder and sole attorney of her law office in Brick, NJ. She represents clients primarily in Ocean and Monmouth county, New Jersey with a focus on family law domestic issues such as contested and collaborative divorce, spousal support, child custody, elder law, estate planning and general civil litigation, including personal injury actions and landlord-tenant disputes. Ms. Daniel also provides defense counsel to clients who have been charged with DUI / DWI driving while intoxicated and other offenses.
